How long will it take for me to get my items?

Our primary goal is to ensure all your orders get fulfilled as quickly as possible.  Once an order has been placed, we will typically ship your order within 3-5 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping rates: Shipping rates depends upon the location of customer and will be calculated at checkout process.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Can I return my items?

Due to nature of product, unfortunately, we don't offer any return or refund.

What happens if I order more than one item?

Some items will arrive together, while others may arrive separately.
